• Bartending goes back to ancient times. Romans, Greeks, and Asian Societies had public drinking houses.
• In most states, you can bartend at 18 years old.
• Bartenders are legally responsible for their guests.
• Cocktails were invented in America.
• Jerry Thomas is the father of Mixology. He was not the first barkeep, but he was the first to write about it.
• There are bartender competitions.

A Few Ways to Celebrate World Bartender Day...

1-Go to a bartender competition.

2-Visit a local bar and thank your bartender.

4-Engage in conversation with your bartender if they are not too busy.

3-Leave your bartender a great tip.

How will I celebrate World Bartender Day? I will go to a local bar, 

enjoy a nice drink, and then give the bartender a nice tip.
