This is not a day to celebrate but a day to remember the Titanic.

A Few Titanic Facts

• The Titanic was considered unsinkable but went down on its very first voyage.
• The Titanic sank on April 14/15, 1922.
• The ship's musicians played music as the ship went down, and none survived.
• Only 705 of the 2208 people survived, and 1503 died (historical numbers vary).

Ways to Remember The Titanic

1. Read about the history of the Titanic.
2. Watch a movie about The Titanic.
3. Watch interviews of Titanic survivors.
4. Visit a museum that features the history of the Titanic.

How will I observe Titanic Remembrance Day? After I read about the ship's history, I will watch interviews with survivors.
