Saint Patrick's Day is a day to celebrate the Irish culture and St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. 

A Few St. Patrick's Day Facts...

• St. Patrick was born in Wales or Britain around 390 AD. 
• He was kidnapped by Irish Pirates when he was a boy and enslaved for 6 years.
• The shamrock or clover is associated with St. Patrick's Day because the Irish used it to explain the Holy Trinity.
• Leprechauns are associated with this day because they were written about in Irish fables.
• The first Saint Patrick's Day parade was in America.

A Few Ways to Celebrate Saint Patrick's Day...

1-Wear Green.

2-Attend a St. Patrick's Day parade.

3-Eat a traditional Irish meal of corned beef and cabbage. 

4-Drink Guinness beer.

5-Pinch someone if they are not wearing green.

How will I celebrate St. Patrick's Day? I think I will go to an Irish pub.
