• Sticky Buns are a type of dessert or breakfast sweet roll.
• Many times, Sticky Buns contain brown sugar or cinnamon.
• Sticky buns have been enjoyed since the Middle Ages.
• Sticky buns have a Germanic origin, and it was known as Schnecken.
• Other names for the Sticky Bun are Honey Bun or Caramel Buns.

A Few Ways to Celebrate National Sticky Bun Day...

How will I celebrate National Sticky Bun Day? When I think of Sticky Buns, I think of the ones my mom used to make.  They were delicious.  I am either going to Cinnabon in the mall to enjoy a Sticky bun, or I may try to make my own.  Either way, it is delicious fun!
