• Goober is now slang for peanut and is recognized throughout the world.
• Chocolate-covered peanuts are popular in vending machines and movie theaters. 
• Peanut M&Ms are a very popular chocolate-covered peanut, and they were introduced in 1954.
• Chocolate-covered Peanuts are a healthy snack because chocolate, especially the dark variety, and nuts are good for your heart.
